Tiger Woods and Domestic Violence -- What the Tiger Woods controversy says about the state of gender politics -- …….Domestic abuse may not be a "50/50 issue," as some men's rights activists claim. Even researchers such as Straus who acknowledge the reality and importance of female violence in the home agree that male violence toward women is rightly a greater cause of concern. Note: About the aforementioned case:

This is sadly typical. Social agencies devote huge resources to subsidizing and covering for dysfunctional mothers while, in many cases, actively working to keep the fathers away from their children. Few social agencies will even contact the father to consider him for a change of custody when the mother is dysfunctional. Instead, the standard protocol is to pour subsidy and support into the mother's household and go straight to foster care when the child endangerment becomes too gross to be ignored.

Watch and hear with discretion as there appears to be an "Excuse focus" on the "Troubled pasts" of the perpetrators, in a way you would never see for male perpetrators who are just, plain, "Bad," --
